Who is CelesteTek?
CelesteTek is a company that Victor and I founded with the goal of helping Microsoft Partners land new deals, expand existing ones, and learn more about Microsoft Technologies. We will serve as trusted advisors in your cloud journey.
Victor and I worked with Microsoft Partners for the past 5 1/2 years as Partner Technical Consultants at Microsoft. During this time, we had a chance to engage with hundreds of partners all over the world. This allowed us to build a unique perspective of the partner ecosystem both from a business and technical point of view.
From a business standpoint, we gained a lot of insight on what makes Microsoft Partners successful, and what unfortunately can hinder growth, For example. lack of differentiation, limited market reach, and insufficient resources, just to name a few.
From a technical standpoint, we learned about the technical challenges Microsoft Partners faced. For example, Microsoft documentation being more tailored to the client's IT and limited guidance from a partner's perspective on how to scale the deployment and management of the service or technology across multiple customer environments.
But why CelesteTek?
Both Victor and I are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work at Microsoft. We both started as Microsoft Acadamy of College Hires (MACH) and were introduced into the Microsoft Partner community as Partner Technical Consultants.
Unfortunately, due to the recent organizational changes at Microsoft our journey at Microsoft ended. Although we will no longer be Microsoft Partner Technical Consultants our passion for helping Microsoft partners continues. There is still much more we can bring to the Microsoft Partner community. Leaving the Partner Technical Consultant role, we knew that there are many Microsoft Partners that still need support and will continue to need that support. We believe that there is a lot of value in engaging individually with Microsoft Partners, sharing best practices, and serving as trusted advisors.
CelesteTek gives us a perfect platform for us to continue to work and engage with Microsoft partners. At CelesteTek we offer additional services that previously we could not provide. Such as, 1 on 1 training and live webinars on a wide range of Microsoft services.
